What's in the Day Out Duo?
The Backup Wireless Power Bank and the Snapfit Finger Ring Grip.
Will it work with my phone?
It suits MagSafe iPhones and phones in a MagSafe-compatible magnetic case. A phone without built-in magnets will need a magnetic case for it to hold.
How much charge does the power bank hold?
10000mAh, with a digital display that shows how much charge is left and a USB-C port for 20W fast wired charging.
Can I charge wirelessly with the ring grip?
Yes. Lift the ring grip off, snap on the power bank or use a wireless charger, then put the grip back on when you are done.
Is it hard to set up?
No. Both pieces snap straight on with magnets. There is nothing to stick, plug in or untangle.
What if it isn't right for me?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Delivery is free Australia-wide on every order, single items and bundles alike, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 5 to 9 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If you have not seen it yet, please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it just reach out and we will resend your tracking details straight away. We are happy to keep an eye on it with you.
Can I save money by buying more than one?
Yes. This bundle costs less than buying its pieces separately, and the Hands Free Kit gives you all three pieces for the biggest saving.
